Kaya (Coconut Jam) - 8 oz
Kaya: a literal translation of "rich" in Malay, and rich this delicious spread is!
A glossy slow-cooked jam made of coconut cream, eggs, sugar and the delicate aroma of fresh pandan. A perfect sweet breakfast on toast with butter! Or spread it on waffles, crackers, pancakes, breadsticks... or hey, just get in there with a spoon.
Dairy-free and gluten-free.

Was my first time having kaya, and it was delicious! Very well done.
I was very impressed with the quality of the kaya jam, so smooth and very delicious.
I had Kaya for the first time in Kuala Lumpur this past December. I loved it so much, I had it twice. I found that Sam made some and I had to buy it. I just got her Kaya this past Friday and I have already had three Kaya toasts. This Kaya is so good, its better then the one I had in Kuala Lumpur.
So good and decadent! I recommend eating it with white bread, but we ended up spreading it on everything- bananas at breakfasts, biscuits, even a dollop on ice cream. It’s a different consistency then I’m used to Kaya being (it’s more like nutella spread, less like custard jam)but I think it’s better bc of it!
Send this to friend in NY who loves kaya and if she said its good, it must be really good as she loves kaya!!
