Sam's Signature Hainan Chicken Rice!

The single most requested dish I've ever made, and my own favorite meal of all time!

Tender poached chicken infused with ginger and spring onion, then drizzled in soy and sesame oil. Rich fragrant rice cooked in chicken broth. Homemade tangy garlic chilli and ginger-scallion sauces. A delicate, sensational feast that will transport your tastebuds right back to Malaysia/Singapore!

PLEASE NOTE

- Limited quantities available. Orders close Fri March 17th, or when sold out.

- This dish will be served with dark meat (recommended). If you would like to request white meat instead, please leave a note in the Special Instructions for Seller section.

- Contains soy, sesame and gluten (soy sauce). Gluten-free option available, please leave a note.

- Hainan chicken is meant to be served at room temperature, not hot, and may appear slightly pink from the slow simmering process. Don't worry, it's cooked!

- If you need a pickup time outside the slots listed, please leave a note and I will do my best to accommodate.

CURBSIDE PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

Pickup location is in Wilshire Park, Los Angeles 90005 (near Ktown/Hancock Park). Exact address and contact details will be provided after checkout.

Please pull over outside and text the make/color of your car to the phone number provided. Your order will be brought out. Please do not enter the building.
