If you've never tried pandan chiffon cake, you must! This light green beauty is Malaysia's national cake, a fluffy yet moist sponge deliciously infused with aromatic pandan - Southeast Asia's answer to vanilla - and coconut milk.

Incredible Pandan Flavor, Light as Air Texture!

Sam really went out of her way to help me out! I live in New Orleans and I needed some delicious Malaysian/Singaporean treats for an event. She prepared an order of the pinneapple tarts which were delightful, and the pandan chiffon, which was truly a dream. Fresh, delicious, very authentic.
