A glossy slow-cooked jam made of coconut cream, eggs, sugar and the delicate aroma of fresh pandan. A perfect sweet breakfast on toast with butter! Or dollop on to ice cream and yogurt, or spread on waffles, crackers, pancakes, breadsticks... or hey, just get in there with a spoon.
