Spicy curried potatoes encased in a flaky handmade double layered pastry, then deep-fried until golden and crunchy. Think of it as a Malaysian empanada :)
Vegetarian.
Vegan version available on request.
Freshly fried to order. Pickup only (Los Angeles).
*All orders are freshly hand made by me personally, and may vary slightly in color or shape. Delivery times depend - I generally can whip stuff up within 48 hours, then ship it to you to arrive 2-3 days after that. Please message me directly if a request is urgent!

Too moreish!

I was craving Malaysian food when a friend recommended Sam Tan’s Kitchen. They are amazing, just the perfect amount of flavor, spice and crispness, you can’t just have one!

Authentic, amazing-tasting Curry Puffs!

I received my first batch of these curry puffs from Sam this afternoon, and had eaten two of them within minutes -- they smelled so good and tasted even better! They were warm, flaky, rich, flavorful, and reminded me very much of the curry puffs I've eaten in South East Asia. I can't wait to buy more!

Great Curry Puffs!

Once you finish one piece of it, your fingers are already on the second one. First bite, you taste the crunchiness while there's a good balance of the creamy potatoes and right amount of spiciness. Highly recommend!
