Aromatic and lightly sweet with the definitive flavors of toasted tapioca flour, fragrant pandan (screwpine) leaves and coconut, these pretty and delicate little cookies are hand-shaped with traditional intricate Malaysian molds. Crisp and powdery with a melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Gluten-free and dairy-free.

Best kuih bangkit!

It’s rare to find kuih bangkit outside Singapore/Malaysia. Even more rare to find such an authentic taste and texture! These are as good as the ones from Bengawan Solo in Singapore.

I love the light sweetness of Asian desserts. These have an amazing texture. They’re exactly as described. They’re crisp on the outside, powdery on the inside, and melt in your mouth. They’re lightly sweet. Mmmm, so good.
