Thanks for letting us relive authentic Malaysian nostalgia in LA!

Sam’s authentic Malaysian treats really brought the festive CNY taste to us. Her gracious dedication comes through in every bite of the Kuih Nastar and peanut cookies. Pineapple rolls made to perfection with just the right balance of sweetness in the jam. Banana fritters are also addictive, can't wait to try the rest of her menu.

Buttery crust with fillings that are just right

Great buttery crust. If you're not a fan of buttery crust, do get the open faced ones instead. Filling is just right without being too sweet. WIll be great if there were a bit more though. Great packaging that made sure the pineapple tarts were still in great condition when delivered.

I am totally a fan of Sam, be it her pineapple tarts, kaya, ikan billis or pandan cake. Every one of her creations taste so authentic, and I usually finish them in a day or two! Thank you Sam for bringing us goodies that taste like home!

Kuih Nastar - Pineapple Rolls

I loved them. Thank you for bringing back some memories of home. The pastry was just the right softness and the pineapple jam was heavenly sweet. I would love for it to have a little bit more filling. But that’s just to my personal liking.

A must-eat every year

These pineapple tarts are my favorite cookies for a Malaysian Chinese New Year and Sam has perfected them! They're not too sweet, as most cookies in America are, and the pastry is on point. Thank you, Sam for making it possible to enjoy them away from home!
