Guilt-Free Bakkwa

Ordered bakkwa (Chinese pork jerky) from Sam Tan's Kitchen both for myself and as gifts. Ended up devouring it all by myself! (Sorry, Suzanne & Eelean!) That's how amazing it was! And knowing that she uses the best ingredients with no preservatives made it such a guilty pleasure minus the guilt.

Disappointing!!!

Ordered 3 items. The Crispy Rossettes came full of crumbs. The bakwa doesn’t look or taste good. Of all the 3 items, the pineapple tart is consider acceptable. I will never buy again. Sorry this may not be the review you are looking for. But, the truth hurts.

Can't get enough of this!

This jerky is to DIE FOR! Forget about what you've tried before, especially the store-bought crap, because this is nothing like it. You can actually taste the pork, and whatever the marinade- it's heavenly! It's charred, it has a sweetness to it, and it is simply mouthwatering!
