Free of the coloring and preservatives usually present in mass-produced versions, this delicious Chinese New Year staple is home-marinated, rolled thin and grilled until the perfect charred sticky-sweet-salty flavor and texture is achieved.
Comes in 1 lb vacuum-sealed packs.
Best consumed warm (reheat for 10 seconds in the microwave or toast briefly in oven). Store in the refrigerator if not eating immediately.

This jerky is to DIE FOR! Forget about what you've tried before, especially the store-bought crap, because this is nothing like it. You can actually taste the pork, and whatever the marinade- it's heavenly! It's charred, it has a sweetness to it, and it is simply mouthwatering!
